You could see the excitement bubble out of Xuxu at the Bird’s Nest today! This is history that was created during her lifetime, she watched it unfold and now she was in the actual location! If I had known how excited she was going to be, I would have planned this from the beginning! She left beaming a grin from ear to ear and with her very own copy of the opening ceremonies! The other girls thought it was “cool” but don’t remember much of the actual Olympic events.
