My two oldest girls want to learn Chinese instruments while we are in China. I have asked our current violin teacher to write us a letter of introduction and we will start looking for a teacher the day that we arrive. Xuxu wants to learn the Er Hu and Star would like to learn the Gu Zheng. I have included video of both instruments so that you can get a taste of what they are dreaming of.
And Pie, of course, wants to play the drums!

that will be great! My friend learned to play one while we were there May 2005 (She normally plays Violin and picked it up very quickly! So she bought one and brought it home! Our kdsi are finally starting Violin and Viola here as well.
